The easiest route is to turn onto the street between Chanel and Dior on Omotesando. Walk straight for three to four minutes, and you will see our store on the left.

Our address is 5-21-22 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Please see our Visit Us page for the map and current directions.
What are your store hours?
We are open from 12:00 to 19:00 and closed on Wednesdays. Please check our website or news page for occasional changes to our hours or closing dates before making a special trip.
Do I need an appointment?
You are welcome to visit the store and browse without an appointment. We recommend making an appointment if you would like to discuss an engagement ring, so we can give you enough time and prepare helpful pieces in advance. An appointment is required for a custom consultation with Maya.

Do I need an appointment to pick up a purchase?
No. You do not need an appointment simply to collect a purchase. Please tell us your planned pickup date in advance so we can make sure your jewelry is ready.
Can you help me in English?
Yes. Maya and ileava jewelry’s core staff speak both English and Japanese. Whether you are looking for a gift, choosing something for yourself, considering an engagement ring, or discussing a custom piece with Maya, we can help you in English.
Which credit cards do you accept at the store?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and UnionPay.
Can I purchase jewelry online before my trip and collect it at your Tokyo store?
Yes. Please contact us with the product link and your planned pickup date. In-store pickup is not shown during online checkout because overseas shipping and collection in Japan follow different tax-free procedures. We will send you an invoice, and your advance payment will secure the jewelry at its current price.

You do not need an appointment simply to collect your jewelry. Please bring your passport if you are eligible for tax-free shopping.

How does tax-free store pickup work through October 31, 2026?
For eligible customers collecting on or before October 31, 2026, Japanese consumption tax is not included. We complete the purchase and tax-free procedure when you collect the jewelry, so please bring your passport.
How will tax-free store pickup work from November 1, 2026?
Japan’s tax-free system changes on November 1, 2026. For pickups from that date, eligible customers pay the tax-inclusive price first. When you leave Japan, customs must confirm that you are taking the jewelry out of the country. A refund service provider will then send the consumption-tax refund after deducting its processing fee.

Please bring your passport when collecting the jewelry and follow the departure procedure within the required period. We will provide the current refund instructions when arranging your pickup.
